  • The ability to have a pre-set list in a Smart speaker to prompt or remind about activities and appointments

They are a Non-destructive options for rental and housing department properties and can be more cost-effective than property modifications.

  • Camera doorbells: - See who is at the door or gate
  • Smart door locks:- Providing electronic security to premises, removing the risk of unauthorised key duplication
  • Lightbulbs: - Can be turned on or off without using a wall switch, increasing safety
  • Security cameras: - They can be used through the network or externally through the internet
  • Power sockets: - Can be used to turn on or off an appliance
  • Smart speakers and hubs: - Can control devices, read information or provide a verbal list of Reminders
